Make’s transport team are highly focused on enhancing the customer’s experience when travelling via rail or air. The work that we do involves improvements to travel hubs such as train stations, providing uplifting gateways into towns and cities.

To achieve this, we work with clients through various funding streams such as the Towns Fund aimed at the ‘levelling up’ agenda for urban regeneration.

Our clients like the way that we consider each passenger user type, whether that be for leisure or work activities, so that we can meet current and future needs in terms of the facilities required at the transport hubs.

We also work with the local community and other stakeholders to seek their feedback on how enhancements can be maximised, together with considerations given to the building type, e.g., listed structures to maintain the character that is already present.
