Our clients have large asset bases, often comprising many thousands of properties which need to be maintained and enhanced on a regular basis. Dilapidation surveys are integral to this process, which enables us to keep the client’s asset management software updated, to inform educated, cost effective decisions regarding asset improvement.
This has been very evident during the Covid-19 pandemic, where we have supported clients to visually improve venues and make them safer, including ventilation strategies, in readiness for the return of customers.
A specification of requirements has been produced for each venue, whilst batching the actual project work into regions to achieve best value.
