Our Policies

We have several policies in place to ensure our business remains fair and ethical at all times. The following are relevant to the identification and prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations;

  • Annual Leave Policy
  • Anti-Bribery Policy
  • Anti-Slavery Policy
  • Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
  • Data Protection Policy
  • Environmental Policy
  • Equality Policy
  • Health & Safety Policy
  • Lone Workers Policy
  • Quality Policy
  • Sickness Policy
  • Ethical Policy

Due Diligence Processes

Make Consulting are committed to ensuring that all the suppliers that we work with adhere to the same ethics in terms of modern slavery and human trafficking. We have now introduced new checks within our supplier questionnaire in order to check that all new suppliers confirm adherence to the aforementioned policies.

The risks of working with each supplier is evaluated on a supplier by supplier basis and will be challenged accordingly. Existing suppliers are required to send in their updated references, experience and insurances on an annual basis for review.

Training

We ensure that training is covered with all staff members during staff inductions and in addition, this will now be covered annually via policy review and annual statements.
