Having worked with a diverse client portfolio located across all regions of the UK, Make has acquired extensive experience providing Clerk of Works services. From the start of the pre-construction phase, we aim to be on-site as much as necessary, providing comprehensive and unambiguous reports. Post-construction, we manage the defects liability period, undertaking detailed defects inspections, ensuring all specifications and quality standards are met.
