The project included full management of the planning and development process, Statutory approvals, consultations and the full design and delivery process.
Make Consulting managed the project and key processes included the management of the project team including sub consultants and key specialist advisors to ensure a fully informed viable and detailed design scheme could be achieved pre-tender.
The next stage was to manage the tendering and procurement process, including overseeing the project team in the requirements of any necessary value engineering and pre commencement conditions prior to progression to site.
Being a city-centre location, there are a number of complexities to the project which needed to be managed professionally, sensitively and diligently throughout the required process.
