The project involves renovations to 36 retail properties across the country.
Our requirements involve visiting and surveying each site and identifying the proposed scope of works before completing design proposals and developing final specifications. Full design contract and tender documents were drawn up and a report was written to analyse the tenders for suitability. The project has been split into 4 contracts and is due to start shortly.
Make are currently in the process of conducting pre-start meetings across the Agency offices to explain the works being undertaken and to determine a set programme in order to keep the offices open throughout the project.
Works include internal and external redecorations, electrical repair works, wall and floor covering replacements, internal and external repairs and the installation of new doors, windows and shop frontages.
Works are scheduled to be completed by the end of March 2017.
