Health and safety was a key factor in this project as the building was to remain open and fully functional during the works. A risk assessment was produced and consulted to enable more disruptive works to be sequenced and completed out of hours. Due to the sheer size of the project, a 5 stage phase plan was introduced, with intrusive works taking place out of hours, that enabled the office to remain fully functional during the works.
Make managed all Client and Contractor queries efficiently to ensure works were completed on budget and to the Client’s required timescales.
Make managed the full contract of works which included:
- Installation of new power and data and the moving of floor boxes to suit this
- New lighting panels
- Installation of HVAC and CCTV
- Complete replacement of finishes and glazed partitions
- Internal redecorations
