Make liaised with the landlord of the building to ensure that consent had been granted prior to works taking place. The Client was interested in installing a coffee shop and dining facilities within the building but was unsure how to maximise the space for their growing team. Make created outline design proposals that included sliding glass panels to create privacy and space. This meant that a coffee shop and dining facilities could be comfortably included in the building. Once the proposed designs had been reviewed and approved by the Client, full design tender documents and construction drawings were created and issued for tender.
Make managed the full contract of works which included:
- Installation of new power and data and the moving of floor boxes to suit this
- New lighting panels
- Installation of HVAC and CCTV
- Installation of a commercial coffee shop and dining facilities
- New walls, floors and partitions
