Make Consulting worked with a Mechanical and Electrical Consultant to produce a full condition report for the Client, detailing the condition of each element on each elevation of the property and the works that would be required to fix these. The Client then used this information to inform their cost model.
The condition survey took place over 3 days and involved inspections of the elevations and roofs found at various levels of the array of buildings as well as the internal environment and loft space.
Our knowledge, surveying skills and experience allowed us to identify, analyse and record defects quickly and efficiently, providing our Client with detailed data to better inform their decision on any future works that may need carrying out on the property.
