Make completed a schedule of condition prior to NFU Mutual acquiring the property, identifying arising issues and works required before preparing an initial proposed layout.
Due to the shape of the building, careful consideration had to be made to ensure all offices remained light and airy.
Once the layout had been approved by NFU Mutual, full design and tender documents were then created and issued for tender before a Contractor was selected. Make applied for and gained advertisement consent and planning permission, providing existing and proposed drawings in support of both applications.
Make managed the full contract which included:
- Strip out of existing sanitaryware, ceiling and internal walls
- Installation of new suspended ceiling and flooring
- Internal decorations
- New tea point area
- Replacement sanitaryware
- Associated mechanical and electrical works
- External decoration and replacement windows
