We recently submitted a grant funding application on behalf of a school in Nottingham under the ‘Workplace Travel Service Scheme’ which was part of a wider refurbishment project that we are already supporting the school with.
We jumped at the chance to enhance our offering and further improve the scope of the project and therefore our services for this application were totally free of charge. It was also great to support an opportunity for the school to ‘go greener’ and enable them to improve their performance against their Net Zero objectives.
The application was to cover an additional installation of a new staff shower and changing facility to promote and facilitate staff cycling to work.
We were thrilled to receive confirmation this week that they have been awarded the funding and we are already looking forward to integrating these new facilities into their refurbishment project.
