Q: What made you choose to work at Make?
I chose to work for Make as I wanted the opportunity to work for smaller organisation which I could help shape and grow, and truly be part of.
Q: Talk us through your journey with Make so far?
I joined Make Consulting back in February 2018 as a Building Surveyor to join Education Team. Fast forward my journey, I have been key in the delivery of Education projects regionally and nationally, and more recently driving the Education Strategy with other Directors within the business. The journey has been a challenge but rewarding. Throughout this journey I have been integral to the business growth and also the business has supported my career growth to Director.
Q. What have been your biggest achievements during your time so far with Make?
A fairly difficult question to answer as there has been many successes achieved at Make in the 5 years I have been here. Passing my APC within year one with the fantastic support Make offered, becoming a Director, seeing the business grow with good people around us.
Q. How have Make Supported you with your progression so far?
Make are a fantastic example of a company that supports hard work and commitment, in turn they have invested time and resources into APC, coaching and career progression plans. Make recognise the importance in the growth of employees and how this contributes to the growth of the business.
Q. Where do you see your future career taking you over the next 5-10 years?
I’ve been part of the growth of the business for the last 5 years and I am planning to see further growth of Make in the next 5 years.
