Our position with a number of established formal frameworks enables easier, quicker and cheaper procurement routes for our clients. By utilising these established public sector frameworks, it allows access to our services, through efficient OJEU compliant routes, without the need for costly tendering processes.

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) Consultancy Services DPS
Make Consulting has been officially accepted onto Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM)’s DPS0010 – Consultancy Services. This appointment marks a significant milestone in our continued commitment to delivering expert consultancy support across the East Midlands.
EEM is a not-for-profit consortium that enables its members, ranging from housing providers to local authorities to achieve measurable efficiencies through collaborative procurement. By being accepted onto this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), Make is now a trusted provider of high-quality consultancy services available for instant use by EEM members, removing the need for lengthy internal procurement processes.
This recognition reflects both our proven technical expertise and our shared values with EEM, including a strong focus on social value, community impact, and quality service delivery. As part of the DPS, we are proud to support EEM’s mission of reinvesting surplus back into the local communities they serve, while delivering meaningful and effective consultancy outcomes for their members.We look forward to working alongside EEM and its members to help drive real, lasting value across the region.

It is a very simple process for publicly funded organisations to access EEM procurement solutions. It is simply a case of completing and signing a no obligation User Agreement which can be accessed below.
EN: Procure Consultancy Framework
We are appointed within this Public Sector framework which allows direct appointment for Building, Party Wall and Stock Surveying Services anywhere within the East Midlands region. We can be appointed either through further competition or if you are looking for a quicker appointment, by direct award.

ESPO Framework Property, Building and Infrastructure Advice and Management Services (2664)
ESPO is a public sector owned professional buying organisation, specialising in providing a wide range of goods and services to the public sector for over 40 years. Make Consulting Ltd are proud to have been awarded a place on ESPO Framework 2664. Through this framework, we are able to offer our services to both London and the South-East and also the rest of England and Wales with the added advantage of a direct award option. The framework offers a quick, simple and competitive route for our clients (and potential clients) to be able to obtain property advice and management services from us.
The framework is quick and easy to use, is free to access and has the benefit of pre-agreed terms and conditions for all orders, plus, our clients won’t be a need to run a full procurement process prior to appointment saving time and energy on all parts. This framework is particularly suited as a route to appoint for local authorities, schools and other eligible UK public bodies.

We are an accredited Bloom supplier meaning that any member (or associate member) of the North-East Procurement Organisation (NEPRO) are able to request a quote for our services.
Bloom is the delivery partner to NEPRO which provides an efficient and EU compliant route for members. The faster, improved solution for procurement of professional services, offering a compliant alternative to traditional public sector frameworks.
NEPRO is an OJEU compliant procurement framework which assists the UK public sector to buy and manage specialist professional services from a choice of regional and national suppliers. It allows buyers to move quickly and at the lowest possible cost, whilst achieving better outcomes.

NHS North of England (NOE) Minor Works and Trades Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)
This DPS is provided by the NHS to provide NHS trusts and other public sector bodies with a quick, easy and flexible route to market for a broad range of Minor Works, Trades and Associated Services. It offers a flexible approach to source and deliver minor works, trades and associated services suitable to requirements of a Contracting Authority.
Contracting Authorities can award call-off contracts under the DPS up to a value of £5 million per individual project.
Make have been assessed against Safety Schemes in Procurements core criteria in line with PAS91 in order to receive a place on this DPS.
