The agency are moving from Bond Street to Church Street, taking over the site of part of a former Spar store.
Our requirements included visiting and surveying the site, reporting on current condition and suitability, preparing feasibility reports including outline design proposals and producing full design and tender documentation for the Client.
The project commenced on site on 28th November and the programme is progressing well with works involving ceiling installations, wall and floor covering replacements, external façade works, mechanical and electrical installations and full internal redecorations. Currently, the site has been gutted, partitions have been added to create separate office spaces, ceiling installations have been started and a glass screen has been added to separate the reception area from the offices.
Works are scheduled to be completed by 17th February.
