The Problem
Following closure of their pubs due to Covid 19 restrictions, Stonegate were investigating options to encourage customers back to their properties. To increase visual kerb appeal, properties were to undergo a comprehensive scheme of repairs and decorations to the external facades and grounds. In addition, as the opening date for nightclubs loomed, Stonegate Group required compliance with ventilation regulations to ensure the safety of all staff and customers.
The Solution
In order to provide best value to the Client, Make Consulting developed a specification which was provided for each site alongside a photographic schedule and pricing document. By scheduling out the works, creating a detailed and quantified tender pack and batching the sites by geographical location, Make were able to ensure the Client was achieving best value for money, and that the works were carried out to a high standard.
In order to establish current ventilation levels, Make Consulting undertook surveys across nightclubs nationwide, advising the Client on the sites which required upgrade; a scheme of upgrades is now underway.
